Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Quality Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through FortyPointSeven. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Our order fulfilment partners use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimize color variations. However, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result, including:

  • Machine type
  • Machine settings
  • Paper types
  • Humidity in the room
  • When the machine was last cleaned



Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you’re happy with your order.

If a replacement order is not feasible, please let us know that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged order please contact our team and include photographic evidence of the damaged items and the packaging that the order was delivered in.

  • The chosen shipping method 

While we make every effort to provide accurate shipping estimations, please note that the provided delivery timelines are indicative and not absolute guarantees. Delivery times might vary in situations involving large orders, complex formats, certain delivery locations, or special circumstances.

Late Shipping
If the estimated delivery date is in the past and the order has been shipped, your order may be experiencing a shipping delay. In this case, the order status will be "Shipped".

Please check the tracking link for your order, as well as the order status and history.

  • If there are recent updates in the tracking history, please wait for a few more days and continue to monitor the updates before contacting us.
  • If there are no updates for several days, please reach out to our team for further assistance.

Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is based on information from carriers and is not a guarantee.



Lost Orders
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Unless you specifically request a refund, we will automatically place a reorder for lost orders.

We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable. Please ensure you keep hold of any proof of postage or tracking numbers on your returns, we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouse.


Criteria for Lost Orders
Before contacting us about a lost order, please confirm the following with our team:

  • The shipping address provided is correct and complete.
  • You have contacted your local post office or the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the order.
  • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date.
  • There are no recent updates from the shipping carrier in the tracking link.



Orders Marked as "Delivered"
If the tracking information shows the order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, it's likely the package was left at the door or received by someone else at the address. We recommend asking your neighbours and checking for any delivery notes or contacting the shipping provider for more information.

As we cannot verify non-delivery in cases where the tracking indicates delivery, we're unable to offer a refund or free replacement order.
